Trouble logging in, I have lost my access codes

Click on the “Lost password button on the homepage, then follow the instructions. If you do not get your password after following the instructions please check your spam box. If you still have problems please contact StudyPro.

Trouble logging in, I did not recieve an email with access codes

  • Check your spam folder
  • If you don't find the email in your spam folder please contact your HR or StudyPro team.

Trouble logging in, I cannot log in

  • The username a password is case sensitive. Check if your “Caps lock” is off.
  • If you still cannot log in then use the “ lost password button” on the homepage to get a new password.
  • If you still have problems please contact StudyPro team.

For students, Why should I focus on the Grammar module

It is important that you do exercises from the Grammar module because the average from this module determines how difficult the exercises will be. The server can also provide you with detailed statistics about which areas of English grammar you need to focus on.

For students, How can I get to a higher level

The StudyPro system is constantly anaylizing the average results of the last ten exercises from the Grammar module. Before each exercise is generated the system looks at this average and generates an exercise specifically for you. The higher this average the more difficult your exercises will be. If the exercises get too difficult and your average result falls then the system automatically will generate easier exercises. This means that you can study at your own speed.

For students, What is an email reminder

  • An email is sent to you if you do not complete an exercise every 3 days. You can change this number in "Settings".
  • You can turn On and Off this feature if you click the "Settings" button which you can find at the top of the screen after you log in.
  • For company clients, it is possible that the HR manager can also turn On and Off this feature.

For students, Where can I review my tests

Test results can be found in the table "My tests" under the main menu after clicking on the module (Grammar, etc.). Each exercise is identified by a number. You can review the test by clicking on the magnifying glass icon.

For students, What do my statistics contain and where can I find them

Statistics are located in the page header under the "Statistics" link. Statistics show your tests percentage, module breakdown and graphs.

Under the logo in the top left corner of the page there is an identification of your level, ie. I'm B2. Alternatively you can find your level in "Settings" in the "General Settings" section.

Click on "Settings" in the page header and change your password in "Password" section.

For students, How do I find out that my access has expired

If your password has expired you will not be able to login to StudyPro anymore. The error screen will indicate that your password has expired. For more information please contact your HR Manager or StudyPro team.

To get help with a single question click on "Help me with this sentence" in "Exercise summary". Alternatively you can click on "Sentence support forum" in the main menu and browse all explained sentences.

If a sentence doesn't have any explanations you can send a request. To send the request, go to "Exercise summary" and click on "Request explanation" link under the question. Our team will explain the sentence as soon as possible. Usually within 24 hours.

Ask your HR manager or StudyPro team to change your details.
